Nothing in particular to say. Praying for an Eels win this weekend to keep the dream alive.

Got tickets for Soundwave Festival featuring Iron Maiden, Slayer, Queens of the Stone Age and about 700 other bands whom I probably couldn't care less about.

Also got tickets to see Concrete Blonde in October. And Weddings Parties Anything.

And seeing Blondie and The Pretenders in December, unless the baby (who is due the following day) turns up a little early.

So that's good, gigging had gone a bit out of fashion, or at least out of my life, for a while there after Number One Son was born.

In that time I have seen Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, The Pixies, The Celibate Rifles, and, well, not too many others I can recall.

Should probably go to bed soon. Still have one more day to work this week.

Then - a weekend of family and guitar playing fun, strangely enough with the man in the picture above.

Nothing much to say but hey there's this blog thing to say it in. Haven't been on here for ages, I must be lacking inspiration or something.

Well it's Saturday night, the Eels had a good win last night and kept their season alive...for another week...and I have just cooked a bitching roast lamb with baked vegies.

so that's all good.

Have I mentioned there's going to be another little Stormy? I don't know. And buggered if I'm going back to find out. Anyway due 8/12/10 and it's a girl.

And I'm just slightly excited. A little apprehensive and given to thinking "well now you REALLY have to get your shit together" but mostly excited.

Have been watching Sweet, Slade, Runaways, all manner of 70s stuff on Youtube.
